In order to help you select the most appropriate approach we first conduct a thorough study of each new client company. This includes corporate culture, position in the market place, and business needs and strategies. Each subsequent search for the client is then customized. CANDIDATE IDENTIFICATION

Each assignment utilizes one or more of the following components to generate candidates. We do not simply send you candidates from our database or from those that apply online. We proactively go out and find the right person for you utilizing the most advanced recruiting technology.

  • Source industry professionals and experts.
  • List the Position(s) with the appropriate online services at no additional fee.
  • Identify potential candidates utilizing robots that crawl the Internet.
  • List the Position(s) on our website.
  • Search both our database and other proprietary databases to find both potential candidates and sources.
  • Contact professional organizations.
  • Advertise in industry publications.
  • Utilize industry reference sources (books / CD's).

INTERVIEW PROCESS

Candidate Evaluation - Successful candidates go through a multi-screen process where they are evaluated to see if they meet the position requirements and will succeed in the Company's corporate culture and international environment. In addition to in-depth interviews, candidates are evaluated using online assessment tools.

  • Multi-contact process to screen candidates based on tangibles and intangibles.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews of qualified candidates no matter where in the world they are located.
  • Provide not only information about the position and project but also familiarization of the customs and life in the specific country. Assess candidates' qualifications and evaluate their true desire to work in that country.
  • Each final candidate takes a 45-minute assessment quiz on the Internet. Provide a detailed report to Client.
  • Coordinate interviews by the Client - In person, telephone, video conference, or Internet video conference
  • Support both the Client and the Candidate throughout the interview process with any information they need to make their decision.
